We’re by your side through every phase of your project ensuring your project runs smoothly through it’s entirety. We’re your advocate for the duration of your project as we oversee and manage all trades, contractors, etc.

 

The Design Process

See how we work! Our Full Service Interior Design is broken down into FIVE phases. This is a brief preview of how our turn-key service would operate from the initial consultation through completion. If you’re interested, book your 30 minute complimentary consultation today and let’s get started!

  • We like to begin with a complimentary 30 minute scheduled consultation via phone or video call with potential clients followed by a paid in-home consultation should we feel the project is a good fit. Our in-home consultation is a working meeting and during this time we pay close attention and ask a variety of questions while also taking preliminary measurements. This allows us to get to the core of your vision as we offer preliminary recommendations and general design advice. Once the scope of work has been reviewed we go into creating a detailed proposal. Once contracts have been signed, we then move on to the next phases of the design process and the fun begins!

  • The creativity starts here. We start to plan and get to work confirming measurements and documenting in order to begin space planning. We’re also beginning to draft layouts, develop color palettes and create concept boards all while sourcing furniture, fixtures, accessories, etc. that correspond with the established design direction. We then present.

  • Once furniture, fixtures, accessories etc. have been approved, we then start to purchase. We begin placing orders, approving samples and strike-offs and managing tracking, shipping and receiving. When we aren’t meeting, we are still working diligently behind the scenes and communicating closely and constantly with our various trades making it our mission to ensure high quality standards are being met while being your advocate. We also begin to schedule on-site painting, wallpapering, installation of window treatments and fixtures, etc., to name a few. Finally, we begin to procure. We arrange for your furniture, fixtures, accessories, artwork, etc. to be stored safely until installation. We make sure everything that arrives in our receiving warehouse is inspected, as we strive to troubleshoot anything that can potentially arise. If we do run into any issues (which we typically do) we take care of them in real time in an effort to keep the project running smoothly and in accordance with our agreed upon timeline.

  • Not every job is the same, and if you want to opt out of the excitement of a big install and choose to have your items delivered as they become available, that works too! For those that are in favor of a big installation with all the bells and whistles, our team of movers show up to assist and we get to work carefully unpacking and placing/installing furniture, fixtures, accessories, artwork, etc. and styling for the final reveal.

  • Once the project is complete and your vision is brought to life we capture the integrity and beauty of the space through the essence of photography. We still remain at your disposal once the project is complete and we welcome the opportunity to work with you again in the future!
